Make It At Home Moons!

We are very excited to announce our Make It At Home Moons. This was designed for all of our customers to customize and create their own dishes at home. This is perfect for gatherings, family dinners, or simply making it for yourself! We have select curry pastes and soup bases available to purchase in 24oz containers for $12. Each container serves 2 per, but the curry can serve up to 3 because it’s a more filling consistency. These curry pastes and soup bases are already made, all you have to do is add your protein and vegetables. We recommend a half pound of protein and a half cup of each veggie per order. Again, it is all up to personal preference. Below you can read directions and what vegetables we recommend for each base and storing directions. We have attached a video tutorial making two containers of yellow curry to feed 4-6 people.

Enjoy!

Directions

We recommend chopping your veggies & meat before cooking and serving with jasmine rice. A half pound of protein and a half cup of each veggie per order is recommended.

  1. Using a large pot, add your base (curry or soup) on medium heat.

  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil for potatoes and protein

  3. If you are adding potatoes, peel and cut to the size of preference. Add potatoes to the pot of boiling water and cook for about 7-10 minutes.

  4. Strain and add potatoes to your base (curry or soup)

  5. Add water to the pot used for potatoes and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add your protein (meat) until fully cooked. Chicken is approx. 2-3 minutes with internal temp of 165.

  6. While your protein is cooking, add in vegetables of your choice into the base (curry or soup) and bring to a simmer.

  7. Once your protein is cooked, strain and mix it into your base (curry or soup)

  8. You should have all your ingredients in the larger pot, simmer for a few minutes, and now you’re ready to enjoy!

Our bases can be bought and placed in the fridge for up to 6 days.

After cooking, it is good for 2-3 days.
